Behind the bike are Benjamin and Sophia — partners in life and in passion. Benjamin, a French native and lifelong coffee lover, dreamed of sharing the café culture he grew up with. Sophia, a Canadian born on Vancouver Island and a French immersion teacher, has always believed in the power of language to connect people and cultures.

Their shared love for the French language is what first brought them together — and today, that same passion lives at the heart of Café Croissant.
